Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga where you move fluidly from one pose to the next in a continuous flow. It's sometimes called "flow yoga" because the poses are smoothly linked together in a dance-like sequence. 

The key to vinyasa is coordinating your movements with your breath. Each transition is paired with either an inhale or an exhale. For example, you may inhale as you raise your arms overhead and exhale as you fold forward into a standing bend.
